COVID-19 update - 8th July 2020: We are happy to be open and welcome our existing and new patients for treatment during COVID-19 alert Level 1, however there are still some restrictions. The Government has released Level 1 guidelines for dental care and we can see you for treatment so long as you meet answer NO to the following questions: (updated 3rd July 2020)


1. Do you have a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19?
2. Are you waiting for a COVID-19 test or the results, or considered a probable case, or been asked to self-isolate?
3. Have you had close contact with other people in the last 14 days who are probable or confirmed to have COVID-19?
4. Do you have new or worsening symptoms of an acute respiratory infection with at least one of the following: (with or without fever)
  • cough
  • sore throat
  • shortness of breath
  • runny nose, sneezing, post-nasal drip
  • loss of smell
5. Have you travelled overseas in the last 14 days?
6. Have you had direct contact with someone in the last 14 days who has travelled overseas?
7. Do you work on an international aircraft or shipping vessel?
8. Do you work or have you recently at an international airport or maritime port in areas/conveniences visited by international arrivals?
9. Do you work or have you recently worked in customs, immigration, or at managed quarantine/isolation facilities?
10. Are you a household member or a community contact of aircrew? 


If you answered YES to any of the above please contact us prior to coming to the surgery as we need further precautions for you.


We are still offering free urgent and emergency treatment for children and teenagers under the age of 18, and while the school clinic is closed you can have emergency treatment without the need for a referral from the School Dental Therapist. We hope we will be back to running our normal unrestricted dental and hygiene services soon, but we need to respect the precautions the Government has enforced while on COVID-19 alert Level 1. Our general hours of opening are Monday to Saturday: (subject to change with COVID-19)

  • Monday 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • Tuesday 8:30am to 7:00pm
  • Wednesday 8:30am to 7:00pm
  • Thursday 8:30am to 7:00pm
  • Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm
  • Saturday (every 2nd) 8:00am to 2:00pm
